The resort is pleased to serve guests with well-furnished accommodation; but any damaged or lost personal belonging is beyond our responsibility. Please take care of your valuable items.
The resort allocates our space to offer guests the convenient parking; but does not cover any costs associated with any damages or missing property occurring to the vehicle.
Illegal or immoral action, including playing gambling, sex trafficking and etc. is strictly prohibited.
Please keep clean to public and in-room areas. Guest pets are not allowed.
Please keep silence. According to our tolerance policy, we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation or may remove a person who while on the premises of the hotel acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy resort property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance.
At the Skydome Resotel, all guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. There is designated smoking area outside of the building.
Inflammables, hazardous materials, narcotic, and other illegal objects are strictly prohibited.
Smelly object i.e. Durian is not allowed to be kept in the room or even in the resort area.
Adapter must be applied with all electric appliances which require different range of Watts to be used in Thailand.
Check-in at 14.00 hrs and Check-out before noon (12.00 hrs).
Exceeding check-out time, during 13.00 – 16.00 hrs, will result in extra charge at 50% of room rate.
Full room charge of an extra night shall be applied to the check-out done later than 16.00 hrs.
The resort limits the number of persons to be occupied in a particular guest room at 2 persons. A child under 5 years of age stays complimentary in a room with parents without any charge and the maximum number of children per room is one. The resort will only allow registered guests to use its facilities and does not allow an unregistered guest to stay overnight at the hotel.
The resort reserves the right to keep 1,000 THB from the member account for damage deposit, which cannot be counted as payment for room or other service charges. Member will get full amount of this damage deposit in return ONLY when the member returns the membership card to the resort and terminates his/her membership.
For the modification of check-out date and time after arrival without prior notification, the resort reserves the right to apply additional charge, according to the number of modified nights, to member by deducting the incurred amount of expense from the member account.
The member must monitor the account balance by him/herself; whilst the resort will acknowledge the member through phone every time when the member account is charged. If the balance shows signs of fraud or suspicious activity, please urgently contact the resort to verify your account within 48 hours after receiving notification from the resort; otherwise, the resort will assume that you accept the reported balance as the correct amount.
In an event of additional incurred charges for food and beverage or damage of property to be found after the date of check-out, the resort will send SMS notifying a member within 24 hours. If you suspect for the additional charges, please contact the resort to verify it within 48 hours; otherwise, the resort will assume that you accept this incurred charge. If the cost of additional incurred charge is greater than the deposit amount, the member shall be responsible for the exceeding amount.
In the event of cancellation received less than 3 days prior to the arrival, 100% retention will be charged on the reserved room rate.
In case of lost membership card, the member must notify this loss to the resort immediately to invalidate the card. The new card shall be replaced within 7 days with the charge of 300 THB. The card is transferable ONLY when the member notifies the resort prior to the date of check-in. If the member allows another person to use the membership card on his/her behalf, the resort will consider that all incurred charges shall be borne by the member.
